Things like this are just part of the deal but we focus on eliminating the extra difficulties such as; having to send unqualified workers because we have too many jobs going at once, supervisors that are there mainly for show because they don't have a background in doing the actual work, having to make multiple trips back for touch ups etc, and all of the other problems that you hear about with home improvement projects. We aren't perfect, no business is, but staying fairly small eliminates a lot of issues.

The business owner does most all of the estimates and scheduling, and is the main point of contact throughout the entire process. No getting bounced around from the salesperson to the supervisor who often do not communicate with each other enough.

Contact us and we will schedule an estimate appointment, bring samples to your home, and then provide an easy to understand quote. Sometimes the first appointment is to narrow down what you are looking for and then we return with more samples if needed. You can always meet us at our supplier to see all of the samples at once if you prefer. We do not charge for this part of the process.
When you are ready to schedule the job we will get it done in a timely manner with the best quality possible.
Even though our prices are very fair, we only use top quality materials. This ensures that whatever we do for you will be trouble free for many years, and it makes it easier for us to do our work.
Cheap, low quality products, take more labor and do not typically last long term. If you have to do it twice it's not going to be cost effective!
We don't do a lot of handyman work anymore but if there is something other than flooring or painting that you need, just ask! Yes we can replace some damaged siding, install window blinds, repair and stain your deck, and more.
We just prefer to specialize in a couple of things that we are really good at, instead of always focusing on a really wide range of tasks day after day.
